KW series water well drilling rig is a light-weight ,efficient,multi-function device of surface drilling rig ,which is mainly applied to drill wells ,agricultural irrigation wells ,geothermal air conditioners hole and other uses of the well hole .

Especially for the water of the mountains and rock terrian project.

The rig could drill in the different stratum,drilling up to 254mm in diameter.

The rig is a new hydraulic technology,supporting high torque hydraulic motor rotation and large bore hydraulic cylinder with brand name plant multi-cylinder engine to power the hydraulic system, two air filter and air compressor inlet,to extend the life of the diesel engine.

The unique pump desig to facilitate maintenance,lower maintenance costs.

Centralized control of the hydraulic console for ease of operation.The series rig with crawler mounted,off-road performance.

Independent module design,allows drilling rig could be loaded on a truck to increase its mobility.The two steps of rotating and pushing speed to meet the soil and rock defferent,combination need.

Modular locator can be adjusted to replace the positioning plate according to the different types of drill pipe and the hammer to ensure centering accurate and reliable positioning.

The winch institutions facilitate the lifting of drill pipe and shock,and reduce intensity.

Application:    

1.Geological exploration;engineering geology investigation and kinds of survey hole in concrete structures.

2.Diamond bits,hard metal bits and steel-shot could be selected to different layers.

3.The drilling depth which is 120-300m  must be suitable for the final hole diameter 115mm or 254mm.The drilling depth could not exceed its 110%.
